My opinion: It's a Gr.Z.04 and not a Dopp.Z.15. Compare the width of the unthreaded part between fuze thread and booster thread.

You're absolutely right, and you have only one picture. It's easier for me because I have the fuze on my desk. I'll put new pictures with obvious details later.

After a closer look of the base I can see the screw for the instantaneous device and the screw for the delay device but there's no hole for the safety rod for the dtonator (booster).

Could it be a Grz 14/04 (Grz04 without safety device for detonator) ?

yes, than it's a 04/14. The Gr.Z.14 booster has no safety mechanics included so the fuze also doesn't need the safety pin on bottom.
