Maybe some of you know the digital library Hathitrust. There are many ordnance related books available only here.
If you don't have a "partner login" you can only download books page by page.
I found this tool :

As always, check the downloaded file for viruses before running it...
It is meant to dowload the whole book (or selected pages) for you, is easy to use and works fine !
You only have to be patient (more than an hour for big books).
