I have trouble finding the name of this detonator. Hopefully somebody can help me.

Hey,
Both thanks for the help. With the name I found these in my own documentation.
Both the CHZR and SKHZR have the same measurments and can used on the same munition articles.

It is a fuse designed and (apparently also manufactured) by Škoda Works, type SKHZR, not type CHZR.
You can tell by your photo.

The "SK" impact mechanism is older than the "C" impact mechanism.
