help Identify British fuse

Hi. i have a fired artillery shell fuse but cannot seem to find any info on it or pictures . it seems to be marked on the bottom ring with a ( sideways ) 1 followed by 31 or 34 also could be 07 further round the ring . Can anybody confirm what the fuse is ?. Many thanks.

Hi thanks for reply , i think you are correct it is not British , reading the info again that came with it , i missed an email :tinysmile_cry_t: that said its a Boer war Erhardt fuze - this was the original fuze fitted to the 15pdrs that were Krupp made . still cannot find anything on web .

it's a german fuse T & P. ehrhardt, that has been designed for England.
they were indeed used on 15 pdr.
