That fuse on the left bears the hallmarks of its design (French) engineer and designer Jean Lasserr. There are design features that unequivocally confirm this.If you have the time, take a look at the French patent applications...

Thank you so far, I have bin through all my French fuze docs but I can't find anything.

Jean Lasserre holds a series of key patents filed during the 1930s. They all center on a revolutionary mechanical system for the arming and timing of artillery shells.
Since he was working closely with the Swiss holding company S.A.R.E.A.T. (Geneva) at the time, his patents were registered dually—in both France and Switzerland—and subsequently in the USA, Great Britain, and Germany as well.
Looking for it among French fuse is a futile exercise; moreover, it was never adopted by the French army, and that Swiss company essentially bought inventions from designers and sold them on to other firms...
