Help With Fuze I.D...

Darren

Well-Known Member
This is another recent fuze purchase, i am having a guess at a 110mm German Rocket Fuze but i could be very wrong.

Please could someone give me a positive I.D and any related information. Also i would be very interested in a sectioned diagram as i am not sure that all of the internals are present. This arrived all in pieces. Would be nice if it was 100% complete.

Fuze is stamped: RAK AZ DT11 - E5

Thanks,
Darren

Correct, it is a rocket fuze for the German 110mm MLRS system.

As the "T" in the "DT" designation is indicating it is a "Truppenversuch" = "field trial".

Thanks for confirming that EOD, that's great. I've had a good search on google for info on this fuze and the rockets but found nothing.

EOD, please could you explain exactly what 'field trial' means? Would that mean the same as experimental?

Thanks,
Darren
