I need help with the correct identification of a 3-inch projectile, I assume British production. Found in Sudan

It looks like a 76mm x 230R Armoured Car round used in Saladin & Scorpions.
Usually you find the blue Target Practice -Tracers with a brass plug fuze, but this looks like a real fuze?
I hope it is not a HE-T mis-fire?

Actually this projectile was found in humanitarian demining, and is a UXO, we have a little problem with the correct identification. So I thought I might find some useful advice here.

According to Wikipedia Sudan received 58 Saladin from Germany and the United Kingdom between 1961-63, and as such 76 mm Armoured Car (ARMD.C.) 76×230R ammunition.

Undoubtedly various natures of ammunition would have been supplied as well, which would have likely included: high explosive tracer (HE-T); high explosive squash-head (HESH-T); base-ejection screening smoke; and the practice tracer versions of the HE-T and HESH-T.

Of interest to you here is the L24 HE-T series (ROUND, 76 mm, ARMD.C., HE/T, L24x), and L25 series Practice Tracer (ROUND, 76 mm, ARMD.C., PRACTICE/T., L25x).

As stated by Ron, this seems to have a live fuze, so more likely L24 HE-T series. Some diagrams below.
