ID Help needed

Hi all
Got this fuze that need ID`ing.
It came fitted to an unfired but empty 25 pounder HE projectile.
No markings I can see & fairly sure it doesnt belong in the 25 pdr?
All intact with a gaine - looks to me like either a dummy of PD fuze?

Hello,

Material and general shape sound an inert dummy fuze.
This one could figure a Time or T&P fuze from the family of No211 (or 208, 214, L1, etc..)
