ID Help with this Fuze ?

Hi all, found this little collection today, would have dismissed the pointed bit if found on its own as it seems to be made of a hard plastic, thought it was a bit of a firework, but it was with all these bits of brass and iron, the dirt around the area had white chalky deposits and a little rust, whole area was about the size of a grapefruit. I have found loads of shrapnel and a couple of Fuzes (199) on this site ?
Any help appreciated, mains fuze for scale - no pun intended - all I could find in the shed

looks to me like a part's of a number 208 mechanical time fuse that were used on 3.7 and 4.5 inch AA shells

I think William has it with the tell being those three round Brass discs secured by central pins and a centre screw!

Thanks guys, does anyone have a link to an exploded view image of one of those fuzes ? Or a picture of a complete one ?
