ID Help with this Fuze ?

Hi all, firstly I wish to thank you all for the help you have given me in the past with IDs I know us newbies need your help and just wanted to thank you again

A bit of a challenge with this one as I only have a tiny bit, found metal detecting

looks like part of a 208 mechanical time fuse

Dave there are a number of Fuzes that have the almost exact body you show and whilst it is very possible that it is indeed a Number 208 fuze are are also other possibilities such as 211N which has a deep thread as per yours-what sort of area was it found in ie coastal or inland etc (do not be specific please).
