It has PLUG stamped on the main body. The remaining lettering is ?LUG ?IRIN? N3 259

Here I show two Australian 40mm Bofors Plug Firing Rep 259 made by MF and MA (Lithgow).
Blue Practice is 1956 projectile with Plug 1970. Fuze is loose so maybe a replacement.
Black is original 1952 MF Plug in a 1956 HESUB.T projectile.
