Japanese Base Detonating fuze

OK ... I am looking for an ID on this fuze:

Dia: 38MM

The total length will be off as the fuze was unscrewed and "put back together" although not all the way since they had sectioned the upper half.

If someone can tell me what this is and maybe post a picture of what it "should" look like, it would be great.
