Russian 85MM AA fuze setter

Got this in the mail today. Appears to be of Soviet era, Russian design. I'm inclined to think this is a fuze setter for artillery shells and such. It was sold as a LAND MINE SETTER. Anxious to hear what the pros have to say about this one. May have to move/relabel this thread when the dust clears.
