Large shell case from Afghanistan - any thoughts

Good evening, A friend has asked me to try and establish what this case is - sorry no sizes supplied at present.
the only markings on it are; 46 22 over 87 13.

any thoughts what it could be?

Hi Dave I used to have one of those ages ago, fairly sure its a Soviet 130mm but could be wrong.
