Looking for information about this fuze

I am looking for information about this bombfuze. First I thought it a German nr 40 but that’s not possible it say 4 U so I hope that someone has information about this fuze

I can also be another country I think it’s German but I can be wrong

Apart from the setting knob it is very similar to the AZ 24 used in the SB2500.

It seems to be an early 34b but still no documentation about this fuze
