M500A1 MTSQ in can.

I found this on GB, had to have it. My question, would it be correct to stick on my 75MM H , M48 HE projectile dated 1944, sitting in a 1944 dated case? The fuze is dated 1954, dates not matching but was the 75mm howitzer ever fitted with an MTSQ M500?

Yes. TM9-1901 Artillery Ammo 1950 says yes, 500 series fuzes.
