Mills Box for vehicle

Snapped up this nice piece, Mills Box for vehicle.
This box could hold 3 mills No.36 grenades.

I can not find any info, who can help me out?
I think its a rare one.
Thanks in advance.

Grenade box

Hello Bloome,
It is a post war version of the standard AFV 36 grenade box, the sort of item you would find in Ferrets, etc. , not particularly common. The WW2 version has a different type of lid/body join, the hinge pivot being at the top of the rear,
these are VERY rare, they were rare in 1981 when I got mine for my Dingo.
The overall dimensions are the same.
