I have this listed as Mark I Direct Action British fuze. It is missing some of its parts.
The close up of the marking is found on the lip of the fuze.

Does anyone have anything on this?

Hello Joe,
this is italian percussion fuze mod 1910, used on Army shells from 65mm up to 105mm. this was used until ww2.

I showed 4 mod 10 fuze. as you can see from drawing the A part (innesco mod 10) is a ignition cap that screwing into the real fuze.
in pic from left mod 10 fuze with transit plug, with Innesco mod 10 alleggerito (=lightened), with Innesco mod 10, and Innesco Cortese ( a particular safety igniter )
