Modern Russian Fuze?

Picked up the fuze pictured recently and have been struggling to identify the model and what ammunition it may have been used with. My best guess is a date of manufacture of 1977, Russian and a time fuze! Graduated from 5 to 165, artillery or for unguided rockets?

T-7 is used in older 122 and 152mm illuminating and propaganda artillery shells. Around 1968 the inner design has been changed and the SQ feature has been removed. It has been superseded by the T-90 MT fuze

The fuze is T-7umg for illum rocket FLG-5000L4 and fot LZI-5000. On the cap missing markings umg and red color. The identification consists of cut-in cap.
