No 501 Converted Base Fuze

This is a No 501 N1 converted to a PRF Mk N3 No3 in 1949 from the stampings.
Any info is welcome on the No3. Seems different fuze to that posted by bacarnal.
I could not find a photo of a No 501 so thought I would post this one.

No info on this conversion but this fuze was finally converted in inert fuze for practice.
