No 80 Mk V With or Without a Lip?

I’ve had this clearly stamped No 80 Mk V fuze for some time now and have been rather uncertain as to whether it has been modified to remove the bottom lip, or not. An official drawing shows it with a lip. The List of Change reference 19847 is pencilled on the drawing; has anyone a copy of this L of C that throws any light on my query? Depotman.

The paragraph referred to on the drawing is incorrect - 19847 refers to gun carriages. The "Setting Correction" paragraph is 19897, reproduced below.

Of itself it does not shed any light on the lip question, but the brass rim (with the time markings) on the aluminium body looks a bit bent and damaged. The surface where the lip was looks rough and torn, as if the lip was completely blown off.
