PanAm inaugural flight 1988

My mother went back to the USSR to see her dying mother. This inaugural flight was unusual, there was a band playing music at the airport, there were champagne drinks and snacks and heavily discounted hotel rooms in Moscow's hotel Metropol. She maybe the only person to keep this onboard welcome sign, my internet search led to nothing.
