Actually three variants of the warhead are documented with original drawings - Ausf. A and Ausf. B shown above, plus the variant with simplified outer shell, let's call it symbolically "Ausf. C". I think, only B and "C" are known to be actually used in existing warheads, B being the most common.

I wonder, could it come from this weapon or its variant?

So I eventually managed to compose a plan of the 8,8 cm RPzBGr 4322 from drawings of individual parts and sub-assemblies (not finished yet). The rocket is 612.9 mm long without the fuze and 652.6 mm long with the fuze.
The combustion chamber without the nozzle assembly is 272 mm long, exactly as Irod7 measured! The warhead without the fuze is 307.5 mm long, the complete engine is 316.4 mm long, with a 11 mm long thread screwing into the warhead.
