Please help identify this sectioned fuze

Hi,
Can anyone help to identify this sectioned fuze?
I think it is British Naval, but I can't remember why!
It's just over 19cm (7.5 inches) high and 10cm (4 inches) across the base.
It's stamped MK3 010094

So the fuze is an XN8 MK 3? Or is that the rocket designation?
