Anyone......anyone? I've personally never seen a fuze like it. Anyone ever heard of what's written on the paper label that is affixed to it? "U.S. Foxhole Digger"
 
I have about the same fuze, have had it for 30+ years, no ID. I'm at work but will see if I can find a picture.
