Police Raid in Darwen



Police just announced the discovery of an arms cache of 200 semi automatic rifles with 250,000 rounds of ammunition, 10 anti-tank missiles, 4 grenade launchers, 2 tonnes of heroin, 5 million in forged banknotes and 25 trafficked Thai prostitutes all in a council house behind the Public Library.

Local residents were stunned.

A community spokesman said:"We're shocked. We never knew we had a Library."

Haha, made me think of a funny remark a colleague once made. My company (R&D spendings hunderds of millions per year) sells machines that go up to many million euro's each, but I had big trouble buying a 50 USD book I really needed for my research. His dry remark was " they (management/procurement) probably thought that we already have a book so we do not need it".
