Polish fuze

Does anyone have anything on a Polish fuze W5M1? I have it listed in a arms show brochure, but it has nothing but a nomenclature no images or type. It says it used a B-23 cap (which I am guessing it a type of detonator or primer).

Hi, it is the V-5 M1 for the S-5 rocket manufactured in Poland.
There is also W-5K fuze.
Can make photos if You need.
