I am looking for information on the L.W.M.Zdr. 16 fuze for a 7.6-CM chemical shell. I think it is a typo in one of our US books.

Any information/images would be appreciated.

Hi Joe,
Not a typo, I have two of them in my collection. Will post pics tomorrow. Afraid I do not have any information on them.
Richard

Only a small typo because it's name is "L.W.M.Zdr". The 16 is the production date and not part of the fuze designation.

Hi Joe,
I found this in a French book. I can't read it. Maybe this might help.

Hello Joe,
I know :
L.W.M.Z.
L.W.M.Z. 15
L.W.M.Z. 16
These are similar to the well known fuze L.W.M.Zdr
I never found documentation on these variants
I also found on an early projo a fuze marked L.W.M.Z.2 with same double safety pin as L.W.M.Zdr2.

Herewith example of LWMZ16
