Quickfire auctions server down ?

Has anyone else had problems getting on quickfire auctions?
The past few days I keep getting a message saying;

FORBIDDEN
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe.
Apache/2.4.23 (Unix) Server at www.quickfireauctions.co.uk Port 80

I've tried iPad, laptop and desk PC, so it's not my devices.

Don't worry, they are having to change to a more powerful server due to the popularity of the site and the amount of its e-traffic. Its taking a little longer than envisaged to get the site onto a dedicated server.
