Does anyone here collect replica helmets?
I have been looking for a Pickelhaube and have found a couple of eBay sellers with some along with quite a few other replica helmets that look quite nice!
Just want to know if they are as good as the photos suggest.

This attatched link shows one of the Ebay ones i bought,,,when they come they are good copies with some very small differences to the originals ,but the finish look well how can i put it,,cheap and nasty ,very shiney no age at all but as you will see from my link with a few hours work the can easily be distressed and aged
so if like me your collecting on a budget and just want one as an example id say go for it
