Schneider EC fuze

Hello,
Here a Schneider fuze. I can read EC 13 (or 18) and part of the year 192..?
I’m looking for info about fuze, any help is appreciated!

As you know Schneider made a large series of EC fuzes with this shape during ww1 and after (basically for export).
I know a similar fuze with designation EC11 (1921) graduated to 23 (same shape) but it's the first time I see an EC13 (or 18).

Also this gratuated up to 23
This fuze come from Italian veteran’s home with the orher greek 7,5cm vz 14/23 fuze. I can suppose a schneider interwar supply for Greece.

The top part is missing. Maybe a kind of small hat for gas vent.
Uncommon and interesting design.
