Hi All,

Have recently acquired a plug fuze, 1-piece solid anodised aluminium. It is stamped as follows:-
PLUG
SX 130 A
RG/8/64

On opposite side is painted (in purple) OB3529, and there are two vertical purple stripes on the side.

Presumably some sort of Trials item, made by Radway Green in August 1964, but can anyone give any further information about this, please? It fits the standard 2" fuze hole.

Roger.

SX 130 A will be the design drawing number. Purple markings means experimental. OB3529 may be a reference to an Ordnance Board Proceedings number. I can't tell you more than that. Can you post a photo?
