As part of a work related project that I am involved with I am looking at all elements of current UK legislation that would affect the acquisition, possession, keeping, transfer, etc of explosive articles and substances. Whilst acknowledging that BOCN concerns itself generally with matters relating to inert or deactivated items I would welcome any comments/anecdotes/thoughts/views from members either privately or in the public domain relative to the above topic. I will not quote members responses in any reports etc.
Thanks in advance.
