Unidentified British fuze magazine for id please

Good evening, I wonder if anyone can identify which fuze this magazine relates to. The inner ring is dated 1939 & 1940 and marked No. 11 II. The cut out in the outer body shows an arrow on one side and BC over 69 on the other. The external diameter of the main body is 2 inches.

any thoughts please?
