Hi can anyone identify this clock mechanism for me i know its possibly sea mine related but cannot remember which as the paperwork relating to it has been lost thanks

The markings are 0 to 36 hours there are no other marks other than the broad arrow WD mark stamped into the top brass strap?

Ive heard of that broad-arrow mark somewhere before??

Almost certain its a british factory??
