I was asked to identify this fuze, i cannot find it in my books or on this site, does anyone know the maker, country of origin and ammunition used with,thanks

The language is Polish. I guestimate MZR indicates Moździerzowy Zapalnik (mortar fuze) and the R maybe Regulowany (adjustable)?
