Unidentified Fuze

Hi

The Canadian War Museum where I work as a volunteer has the unidentified fuze pictured here.

The tag says it is a British No 4 fuze - which I do not believe. Probably a time and percussion with missing time rings. It has no markings.

Any help in identifying the fuze and its associated equipment would be appreciated.
