Looks like a British L160A1 or similar.

Many thanks for the info, I normally only collect WW1 & WWII fuzes, so I've never really educated myself on the more modern stuff. I assume (rightly or wrongly) that this fuze would be used with the 105mm Light Gun?

I don't know much at all about this particular fuze, the only info I could find on the Internet was that it is a nose percussion direct action & graze type fuze.

I am sure that I have seen a diagram a long time ago somewhere but I do not recall where.
