Unknow badge

Hello everybody,
I known it is not an ammunition id what I want but somewhere it have something to see with many members of BOCN. I think on the EOD specialist. I'm sure they are members who collect EOD badges. No ?
A friend of mine have found this badge but he don't known his origin. He think it is New Zealand.
In the ribbon around the little insignia inside the big (in oval) you can read : "Aviation Security Service".
Can someone completely identify this badge ?

Your friend is correct. It is the badge of the EOD and Support Unit of the New Zealand Aviation Security Service (AVSEC).
