Could anyone identify these fuzes for me please?
Looking to find out who made them, which country and what ordnance they would have been used on.
Both have alloy noses and made of chromed brass. The second one has a red nose tip.
1. Marked: D 67. Graduated 0-64 in 1 graduations. Small scale graduated 0-10 in 1 graduations. Has a gaine attached.
61mm wide by 110mm overall length including gaine (98.5mm length without gaine).
Thread diameter 38mm, 8 TPI (Whitworth form? Pitch almost 3.0mm)
2. Marked: MTSB NR 42, DX55- 3. Graduated 1-30 in 0.2 graduations.
61mm wide by 116mm length. Thread diameter 43mm, 14 TPI (Whitworth form? Pitch almost 1.75mm.)
Thanks, Graeme
