Could anyone identify these fuzes for me please?
Looking to find out who made them, which country and what ordnance they would have been used on.

Both have alloy noses and made of chromed brass. The second one has a red nose tip.

1. Marked: D 67. Graduated 0-64 in 1 graduations. Small scale graduated 0-10 in 1 graduations. Has a gaine attached.
61mm wide by 110mm overall length including gaine (98.5mm length without gaine).
Thread diameter 38mm, 8 TPI (Whitworth form? Pitch almost 3.0mm)

2. Marked: MTSB NR 42, DX55- 3. Graduated 1-30 in 0.2 graduations.
61mm wide by 116mm length. Thread diameter 43mm, 14 TPI (Whitworth form? Pitch almost 1.75mm.)

Thanks, Graeme

Hum, looking on his appearance, I don't think it's a russian fuze !

First : MTSB should be the type of fuze Mechanical Time S ??? B ???
Second : denomination NR 42 is typical on belgian or netherland manufacturer's denominations
Third : in the lot number DX should can be the manufacturer code and therefor I have two possibilities : a swiss one SA DIXI, Le Locle and a sweden one Bofors Ordnance, Eskilstuna.
Last : the look of your fuze is very similar of the modern mortar fuzes.

the are fuzes made b y dixi for the netherlands army, MTSB is mechanische tijd schok buis ( mechanical time super quick fuze). not quit sure anymore where the where used on.

The Nr 42 was used by the navy on HE shells of a 7,6 cm anti aircraft gun I presume a bofor type.

Hello,

The first fuze is very similar to Swedish m/1951 (I assume made by Bofors).

Its also a "System Dixi" fuze like the other three. They are ormally made by the Dixi S.A. in Le Locle/Switzerland. If it has been made by Bofors it should be a license production. I am not sure if Bofors had a own working mechanical time fuze system at all.
