Hello

Can someone identify this fuze? i have been searching al over but i cannot find anything

It's a polish "fuze adapter" + gaine of French design. Not sure which fuze fits inside because to shape is a little bit unusual.

As Alpini said, typically Polish gaine booster /adapter for HE shell with modified french design.
Model 15B is used for example on Polish 100mm and 120mm (shells with Czech design).
For 24-31mm fuzes (French design).
Sorry no diagram of the 1915B adapter but other examples (lot of models, 15A, 15B, 15C, etc...)
