I think US experimental fuze made before T1E2 and M35.

The museum has it listed as British. But I will have to dig around and see what I can find on the US version.

I think the second picture shows a Broad Arrow on the cap so British may be correct.

I found information of a supposed British modified No 106 with 24mm thread for US 155mm MKVII (chemical).
Could match with your mixed fuze French base/British top.
