Yes, there are different shapes of these fuzes but the functionality is always the same. I really wonder if your fuze was may be introduced in Belgium? But I don't have documents about Belgium, it's still a black box for me. Do you know in which country it was found? I also wouldn't wonder if the Netherlands at least got some of them for trials. The Dutch No.2 is also one of this series, probably the earliest.
@MINENAZ16: This 15 cm Gr. 14 was called may be "15 cm Gr. 14 mit Krupp-Zünder". I read about it in the archives but sadly no drawing was attached. But there is still one more candidate for this shell: the dutch Schokbuis No.16 because it would fit directly into a 15 cm Gr.14 and I think it was used during WW1 (most probably taken from stocks produced for the Netherlands which were never delivered because the war started)
