Can anyone provide any information on the ‘Fuze Destruction ‘M’ Balloon' shown in the picture and wartime drawing which is from the Swiss Intelligence Service. Thanks in advance.

Hallo,
this is the first time that I see a technical espionage document of Swiss origion. One of the balloons must have drifted quite a bit further than intended and the fuses did not work. @Buster, do you have access to more of this type of swiss technical reports or could you point me in a direction where I may find them ?
