Can anybody identify this brass fuze that came with Austro-Hungarian WW1 fuzes, but this may not be helpful.
The markings look Asian? The threads are 14TPI and 38mm wide. Top is 62mm wide. Graduated 0-18.4.
Overall length is 57mm and the exposed length would be 41mm. What country and shell does it fit? Approx. year of use?

It's a japanese double action fuze, WW1 era for 75 mm shrapnel shells. The austro-hungarian empire used ammunition with these fuzes in WW1. They captured guns + ammunition from russia. I think russia bought the guns from Japan between russian japanese war and 1st WW.
