unknown impact fuze, maybe German or Dutch?

This is another fuze, I have no info :
The body is made of zinc alloy, it has a small brass screw attached in the tip (needle assembly). The internal parts are identical to some Krupp designed fuzes, used by the Dutch and Germans. The height of the centrifugal flaps are lower than the typical German flaps. The only markings I found is a "2" on the fuze body. Who knows this fuze?
