Unknown (rocket?) fuze - HUGE

I want to kindly ask you to help me with the identification of this large Klumpatsch. It's about 7.5cm in diameter with a thread diameter of 7cm. The height is about 6.8cm (but there are several mm missing). It has a scale > 60 units. There are some inscriptions that I cannot identify with my humble eyesight. Only letter combination I could identify is FH. It's probably made from zinc (since it's quite heavy - almost 900g), but there are also some brass parts - but the pics might tell you more:

I don't know if the black rubber O-ring running around the bottom is original.

That was probably not difficult enough ;-). Seems you are right with the id. The interior looks quite nice...

The ID is quite correct, i recently recovered one of these in the desert in North Kuwait outside Ali Al Salem Air Base.
