Mine Fuze ( Acustic ??? ):

Diameter: 140 mm
Hight: 70 mm
Markings in cyrrillic : YMn - Y 583 - __ - 78

Yes, Stecol. It`s special fuze UMP (УМП) for antitank mine-field UMP-2 (УМП-2). It`s Soviet device
