T & P fuze !
Like it says on the can-it is a Number 222 model B,
Fuze Time (pyrotechnic) and Percussion with the front of the nose missing.
Nice item and I think slightly rare, certainly worth restoring in my book.
Filled at Chorley Aprill 1944 - CY 4/44 and Lot or batch number 847
